Training
In one session of private personal training, there are infinite of permutations of exercises we can accomplish based on your personal goals. Most sessions consist of a combination of weightlifting/calisthenics (bodyweight exercises) and cardio. A cardio warmup and high-intensity cardio intervals throughout a session will keep the heart-rate up in order to consistently burn calories and prepare the body for the physical demands of weightlifting. Weightlifting and calisthenics create the foundation for a strong, developed, calorie-burning machine, even after the workout is over (since calories are used during muscle recovery).
